Pass Promise Terms

Do the work and still don't pass? We'll add 30 more days of access, free. To qualify, you need to do all of these for the same test:

• Study on at least 20 different days. A day counts when you study for 15 minutes or answer 20 questions.
• Finish 100% of the lessons for your test.
• Pass every category quiz with a score of 80% or higher.
• Take 2 full practice tests and score at or above your state's passing score on both.
• Take the real exam while your Hall Pass is active, or within 14 days after it ends.
• Upload your official score report within 30 days of your test date.

Good to know

• The Pass Promise gives you extra study days. It is not a cash refund.
• It can be used once per test purchase.
• Your progress is tracked in your account automatically.
